 How do we manage content approvals?
My School Council offers a tiered administration system that manages access and the approval process for you.
1. Members: view pages with limited create/update access.
2. Administrators: build and update pages, submits new pages/updates to the Principal or Super Admin for review/approval.
3. Super Admin: Manages the site. Can be given content approval credentials.
4. Principal: Access all areas of site. Reviews and submits approved content to live server.

 What happens if the members of our Parent Teacher Association changes?
We know that memberships changes from time to time. But you’re My School Council website will stay right here. Just update your Admin as changes occur.

Parent involvement is easy to achieve with the use of our dynamic forms. Build a dynamic form to create questionnaires, surveys, volunteer sign up sheets etc. My School Council also provides a complimentary Feedback form that makes it easy for parents to get in touch with you. |

Members and Administrators can build and edit pages whenever is convenient for them. The My School Council application automatically deactivates pages at this level. When your page is complete, submit for approval to the top tier.
The top tier admin levels, (Super Admin and/or Principal), activates to the live server. If these levels choose to build a page, they will need ensure the page is manually deactivated until they are finished and ready to populate to the server. |

What image formats can I use in my pages?
The My School Council application will accept gif, jpg, jpeg, png, flv, and swf files (max 10MB). |
