Fund Raising Makes a Difference!

School Council raises funds throughout the school year to help us achieve our goal of making a significant contribution to Sheridan Public School.  During this school year, we plan to raise funds through pizza lunch, gift cards, Holiday Gift Bazaar, Dance-A-Thon and a basket raffle.   

This year, fundraising dollars will support curricular and technological resources, including the funding of an off-site arts event. As well, a small portion of the fundraising dollars will be allocated to miscellaneous items such as volunteer and teacher appreciation events, farewell gifts, stamps, bank charges and the Grade 5 graduation photo. We have also established a small Angel Fund to help Sheridan families that may find themselves in need of some assistance. 

All financial matters are discussed and voted on during our monthly council meetings. All Sheridan parents are welcome to attend and participate in these discussions.
